South Indian Cooks Needed Urgently

We are looking for South Indian cooks who knows how to cook chettinad cuisine. South Indian cooking knowledge is madatory. The person should have worked in South Indian restaurants before. The right candidate should have experience in Veg/Nonveg South Indian dishes. Experience in preparing dosas, uthappams and Idlys are very important.

He should be able to train our other cooks also. The person should be confident in speaking one of the south indian languages also.
