You recognize and appreciate the guests and have a good pattern of knowing that that are the ones paying your salary in the end. You learn quick and can put your ego aside and be humble in situations that require it. We are a Latin dining place and with that comes responsibility that is on your shoulder. We are at points the first encounter with the Latin cuisine for some people and it is an honor for us to do this with pride and value.
