- Although a background in a wood fired pizza restaurant is preferred, professional experience as a cook or chef working with seasonal and local produce is also considered as valid merits for this position.

Dina arbetsuppgifter
We make pizzas on seasonal ingredients from growers and producers nearby. We change the menu every day, which demands an inspired and forward thinking crew, passionate about making the best of what is delivered to our restaurant every day.
The position is at first as a full time temporary substitute for our head chef on parental leave, but with the goal of a permanent position.

Hedvigsdal Vedugn & Vin is a wood fired pizza restaurant and wine bar in Malmö Saluhall, entering it's third year of operation. We use quality ingredients from farmers, millers and producers nearby, most of it organic - and work with traditional methods. We work closely together with our bakery - Söderberg & Sara Stenugnsbageri - which is currently ranked as Bakery of the Year in White Guide Cafe.
