Job description:
As the Head Chef at Sjøterrassen, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen, developing the menu, and ensuring the food we serve meets the highest standards and exceeds our guests' expectations. You will work closely with a talented team and play a key role in our community, where teamwork and well-being are at the heart of everything we do. Your duties will include overseeing daily kitchen operations, training and motivating staff, and managing orders and inventory. We are looking for an experienced and passionate leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a love for cooking and leadership.
